This woman is referred to as "Relief" in Buckland History book but her gravestone and Mass Vital Records death state "Lepha" and "Lefa."

From Leominster Mass. vital records there is a Lefa Richardson, b. at Leominster on May 31, 1786, dau. of Luke Richardson Jr &
Relief (Fuller) Richardson. Possible this is same woman...perhaps Relief/Lepha had married 1st a man named Ingram and then she married John Ward. [thanks to FAG contributor #47024642 Kevin Avery for his research on this]

No other details beyond what appears in her husband's bio, she was his 3rd wife:
WARD, Jonathan, b. July 23 (or Sept 23, in Oakham) 1778; s. of Kerley (1752-1835) and Catherine Graham (1751-1841); d. Feb 1, 1865 in Buck.;
m. (1) Nov. 26, 1801, Ruth, dau of Lt. Jasher and Susannah Taylor, who d. Nov. 5, 1802, in Albany, N.Y.
m. (2) Sept. 27, 1805, his sister-in-law, Susannah Taylor [also dau of Lt. Jasher and Susannah Taylor]; she was b. Oct. 15, 1786; d. July 25, 1831
m. (3) in Savoy, Relief Ingram, who d. July 31, 1844
m. (4) Apr 10, 1845, in Conway, Mrs. Electa Field Bigelow, who was b. in Conway, in 1791; d. Nov. 23, 1872 in Amherst, Mass.
Had 11 children all with his 2nd wife Susannah
