C. Nadine Baker, 96, formerly of Longmont passed away March 29, 2015 at her home near Keensburg, CO.

She was born December 19, 1918 in Douglas County, Missouri to Frank and Pearlee Bell. On June 19, 1937 Nadine married Manferd Baker. They moved to Longmont in 1960 from Wichita, Kansas.

Nadine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and homemaker. She worked for several different cafes and laundromats over the years.

She was a former member of Columbine Chapter #11 Order of Eastern Star and White Shrine in Longmont.

She was preceded in death by her husband Manferd on August 8, 1997 and by two sisters Hope Scott and Maggie Smith.

Nadine is survived by four children Kenneth Baker of Brazine, Kansas, Donald Baker of Fort Collins, Colorado, Mary Bray of Northglenn, Colorado and Shirley Schreiner of Prescott Valley, Arizona, eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 1:30pm at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel followed by graveside services at 2:00pm at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery both on Wednesday, April 1, 2015. Visit www.ahlbergfuneralchapel.com to share condolences.
