Miss Agnes Hines, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Hines of near South Liberty was born in Yosemite Kentucky, December 6, 1897
After coming to Missouri she made her home with Mr. and Mrs. J.Cl. Bratcher of North Kansas City.
She united with the Christian church in childhood and later placed her membership with the Methodist church at Faubion Chapel and was a valuable and consistent member of that church during her remaining healthful days.
She passed away Saturday afternoon May 2 at the home of her uncle, J.C. Bratcher. Her pastor, Rev A.B. Coffman conducted her funeral at the residence Sunday afternoon in the presence of a majority of the people of the neighborhood and her remains were laid to rest in the old cemetery at Big Shoal Church.
