Son of comedian, musician, and voicemaster "Candy" Candido, Nino Candido is remembered as an actor in his own right, as well as an experienced prop master.

Nino appeared in television shows such as "Leave it to Beaver", "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet", "Hank", "Honey West", "The Mod Squad", "The Tony Randall Show" and "Time Tunnel" an ABC series starring James Darren as a time-traveling scientist. He also acted in movies such "Hud", "The Andersonville Trial", "The Peacekillers", and "I Come in Peace".

Nino served as prop master on the television series "My Name is Earl", "Tucker", "Hunter", "The A-Team", and movies including "Bull Durham", "The Walking Dead", "The Haunting of Seacliffe Inn", "New Nightmare", "Precious Victims", "Timescape", "Night Game", and "Smile". Nino also assumed set decorator duties on the TV movie "Conagher".

ANTHONY T. CANDIDO - Known to all that loved him as "Nino" born in New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away April 26, 2008, at the age of 65. Recently retired from the entertainment industry, which he loved so much. He had a love for guitars, music and motorcycles. He is survived by his loving wife, Cheri; three daughters, Chris, Cindy and Kacey; and seven grandchildren, Anthony, Melissa, Michael, Lindsey, Chelsea, Brittney and Sammy; and two great grandsons, De Angelo and Christopher. He is also survived by his brother, John; and two sisters, Flora and Teresa. Services will be held at the St. Charles Catholic Church Thursday, May 8, 2008, 2:00 p.m., North Hollywood, California.
