Christopher James Akins, 27, welder for Air Con, died September 28th. Survived by his sister Crystal M. Cousar of Covington, father Jimmy Akins of Ripley, step-father Mark Hasara of Brighton, step-grandmother Delores Newbrough of Spirit Lake, IA. Preceeded in death by soul mate, Desiree Vinas Byrd, mother Sharon Hasara, daughters Rylan and JayLyn Akins. Visitaton will be Saturday from 12:00 until 2:00. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. all at Maley-Yarbrough Chapel. Internment will be in Covington memorial Gardens
