Fox - Ida May, wife of Joseph Fox, died at the home of her husband in Macomb township, Sunday, Feb. 19th, 1888, of typhoid pneumonia, in the 24th year of her age.
McKee - At the home of her parents, in Macomb township, Friday Feb. 17th, 1888, Miss Josephine McKee, in the 13th year of her age.
These two ladies were sisters, and daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron McKee. The first named was married to Joseph Fox in Nov. 1884. Two children were the result of this union, aged three years, and fourteen months, respectively. Mrs. Fox was taken sick Friday, Feb. [illegible; 3rd, 10th, or 17th], her disease being typhoid pneumonia. Her sister was with her at the time, and returned home in the evening of the same day and was taken sick and died as above stated. The funeral services took place [torn away] day from the Methodist church and was conducted by Rev. Pearce, and the remains were interred in Oakwood cemetery in one [torn away]
