Nona Bader was born in West Lebanon, Indiana on September 8, 1906, and played the piano with her family's band.
She married Glenn Leichner and became a nurse, working in the Springfield hospitals.
Having lived in Columbus for many years, she died there on December 13, 1970, and is buried in Ferncliff Cemetery at Springfield, Ohio.

Mrs. Nona Leichner, 64, of 865 Copeland rd. in Columbus, formerly of Springfield, died Saturday following an extended illness.
A daughter of John and Valerie Elizabeth Bader, deceased, she was a former employe of the Crowell-Collier Publishing Co.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn A. of Columbus; a step-daughter, Mary Foster of California; two brothers, John R. Bader of Bradenton, Fla., and Lewis D. Bader of Springfield. She also had several nieces and nephews.
Her body was taken to the Deyo-Davis Funeral Home at 1578 W. First av. in Grandview Heights, Columbus. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday under the direction of Dr. John McMahan. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield.
