Funeral services were held in Tulsa, Monday, January 20, 1964, for Edna Bledsoe, 63, of Tulsa. She had taught at Chouteau, Mazie, Pensacola, Tulsa and Wagoner schools. She is the former Edna Shannon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shannon of Mazie. In Wagoner she taught at the old North School.
Survivors include the widower, Joel; three sons, Bobby of Weatherford, Joel Jr. of Charleston, West Virginia, and Samuel Blaine of Kansas City, Kansas; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Cash of Dallas, Texas and four grandchildren.
Interment was in the Chouteau Cemetery.
