Mrs. Alice Crawford, aged 47, wife of Clifford Crawford, New Castle, RD 1, passed away at her home, Sunday, death being caused by complications.
Mrs. Crawford, born in East Liverpool, O., daughter of Alvin and Elizabeth Hackathorn, on March 22, 1894, had resided in New Castle for 26 years. For 30 years she had been married to Mr. Crawford, who survives her.
In addition to her husband, she leaves the following children, Walter, Warner, Mary, Ila, Arthur and Vera; three brothers and one sister, Alvin Hackathorn, Blanche Seeve, Harold and William Hackathorn.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Ritchie funeral home, South Mill street. Interment will be in Savannah cemetery.
