Ernest Plaisance
Ernest A. Plaisance, 61, a native and resident of Cut Off, died 7:15 a.m. Sunday in Galliano.
The funeral began 10:30 a.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home with a religious service following, 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Burial is in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Lefort Plaisance; one son, Philip Plaisance; three daughters, Mrs. Neves (Noella) Terrebonne Jr., Mrs., Dick (Jolyn) Egle and Brenda Plaisance; three brothers, Norman, Nolan and Norris Plaisance; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Cheramie and Mrs. Lillian Pierce; and eight grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by one son, Tony Plaisance; and a brother, Lawrence Plaisance.
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano is handling the arrangements.
