William had 7 children including a Daughter Sarah Ann Braden and one record shows her also born in 1794 in Laurens, SC. All though a census shows her born in Elbert, in 1806, with the date of Feb 22. William moved his entire family from Elbert in 1819 to get his free land for serving in the war of 1812. There are several researchers that show her as one married to Mr. Warren. William was born in Staunton and there were 5 of them born in the same time period. Three moved to GA., and two more married a woman named Elizabeth.
