The brother living at North Chicago, a sister at Hebron, Nebraska, a sister at University Place, Nebraska, who was at his bedside at the time of his death.
He was a member of the Christian Church and of the Oberlin I.O.O.F. Lodge No 158. He was also a member of the G.A.R. Post of Oberlin. During the Civil War he served with Company A 104th Illinois Infantry.
