WAS VICTIM OF TUBERCULOSIS
Orange Royal Passes Away at Home on Third Street—Leaves
Large Family.
Orange Royal died yesterday afternoon at his home on East Third Street of consumption. He has been confined to his bed the past eight weeks and his death was not unexpected and came as a relief to his suffering. Mr. Royal was a veteran of the civil war and was an honest and upright citizen. He came to Hamilton county in an early day and resided here most of the time since, with the exception of one year, which he spent in Oklahoma in the hope of benefitting his health. He was a teamster and laborer by occupation and enjoyed the respect of all his acquaintances. He leaves a wife and six children all of whom are at home, to mourn his death.
The funeral services will be held at the Christian church at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, conducted by the GAR, of which deceased was a member. The remains will be interred in the local cemetery.
