Paul R. BAUERMEISTER, 81, of Fort Wayne died Tuesday, April 7, 1992 in the V.A. Medical Center.

He was born in Ossian November 24, 1910, the son of William and Lisetta (OETTING) BAUERMEISTER.

BAUERMEISTER, an army veteran of World War II, lived most of his life in Fort Wayne. He retired from Falstaff Brewery after 20 years. He was a member of the D.A.V., and St. Paul United Methodist Church.

He was married in Fort Wayne July 14, 1945, to Mabel DIDRICK, who preceded him in death August 21, 1990.

Surviving are a daughter, Paulette A. GINDER of Stroh; two sons, Garold and Harold, both of Fort Wayne; four sisters, Matilda NUTTLE, Anna BOLAND and Helen FISHER, all of Fort Wayne, and Goldie MILLER of Abbeville, Alabama; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne with the Rev. Stephen Elliott officiating.

Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery.

Preferred memorials are to the Allen County Cancer Society or St. Paul United Methodist Church.
