Fort. Wayne, Ind.: The Rev. Ronald C. BISHOP, 76, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died April 27, 1998, at the Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana in Fort Wayne.
He was born in Auburn, served as a minister with the Church of the Nazarene for 25 years, and was a missionary for 18 years in Belize, Central America.
Surviving are his wife, Ethel M. BISHOP of Berne; three daughters, Carol Marie DAVIS of San Diego, Calif., Elizabeth SHALLEY of Indianapolis, and Mary R. BISHOP of Bluffton; one brother, Dale BISHOP of Sturgis, Mich.; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth E. BISHOP, in 1965.
Relatives and friends may call from 6-9 p.m. today and 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the D.O.McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at the Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 4150 Stellhorn Road, Fort Wayne, where he was a minister for ten years and retired in 1986. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens of Fort Wayne.
