MONDOVI — Harold Moy, 55, Route 2, Mondovi, died Jan. 31 at his home. Mr. Moy was born in the town of Gilmanton and had lived on the family farm all his life. He married the former Adeline Julson. After his first wife’s death, he married Lilas Lothen Wood Aug. 7, 1970, at La Crosse.
Mr. Moy was a former member of the Gilman Valley School Board and was known in the area for his membership in the Eau Claire-Colfax Chapter of the Barbershoppers.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Marvin Meier, rural Mondovi, Ramona Moy, Mondovi; his mother, Mrs. William Moy, Mondovi; two stepdaughters, Julie Wood, Milwaukee, Jennifer Wood, Nashville, Tenn.; a stepson, John C. Wood, formerly of Mondovi; a brother, Roland Moy, Boone, N C.; four sisters, Mrs. Oliver Glanzman, rural Mondovi, Mrs. Larry Staats, Spooner. Mrs. Donald Sauer, Port Washington, Mrs. Dwight Jaquish. Forest Lake. Minn.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church, Mondovi, with burial in Gilmanton Cemetery. Friends may call from IO a m. Saturday until services at the church. Kjentvet and Sons Funeral Home, Mondovi, is in charge of arrangements. Jerry Johnson
