He was born October 14, 1914 in Oklahoma to John H. Dollar and Fannie Martha E. (Fannie) Clark Dollar. He married Ouita and they had two daughters. He was a retired purchasing agent.
He is survived by his wife, Ouita; two daughters, Avonelle Dollar-Moll of Forest Hill, Calif., and Lenita Dollar of Fort Smith; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside service was at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2006 at Oak Cemetery, Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
