Anna Phoebe married Herman Biggle (1858- 1948) on Feb. 18, 1880 in Clayton, Clayton, Iowa. Anna & Herman raised 4 kids 3 sons & a daughter.

- Harry Easton Biggle Sr. (1880 – 1950)
- Leon Herman Biggle (1884-1963)
- Lester Arthur Biggle (1886-1965)

- Emma Ione (Biggle) Johnson (1899– 1959)
o Emma Ione was the adopted by the Anna & Herman after her mother Emma Pauline (Beatty) Schmidt died in 1900 the sister of Anna.
