Mrs. Tiney E Ashby, 85 years old, resident of the Cass community for many years, passed away at her home at 12:15 o'clock this afternoon. She is survived by one daughter, Miss Ora Ashby of Cass; two sons, Fred Ashby of Flint, Michigan, and Ike Besheres of Cass, and eight grandchildren. The body of the deceased was taken to the Newkirk Funeral home at Dugger. Funeral arrangements had not been completed but are to be announced.
