Death of Mrs. Caroline Biege
Mrs. Caroline Biege died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. Schaffer, on State street at 12 o'clock Thursday night of consumption. Mrs. Biege's home was in Saegertown and she came here about a week ago to visit and receive medical treatment. Had she lived until Sunday, Jan 27, she would have been 75 years of age. She is survived by two sons and five daughters--William of Franklin; Nathan of Kansas City; Mrs. Sarah Mizner of Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Samuel Moyer of Saegertown; Mrs. Nancy Gurhaber of Springfield, Mo; Mrs. Malinda Haines of Watts Flats, NY and Mrs. Alice Shaffer. of this city. She was a member of the Reformed church. The remains will be laid to rest in the Mosiertown cemetery, the funeral to be announced later.
