Mozelle Beckham, 76, a resident of Russellville, died Friday, October 15, 2010, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.

She was born May 4, 1934, at Saint Joseph, Louisiana to James Lee and Estelle Houston Cowan. She was a member of Saint John's Catholic Church and her passion was reading and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Faye Dean Cowan.

Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Robert Beckham of Russellville; two sons, Nicholas Balkman of Little Rock and James Warren of Dardanelle; four daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Seth Cottingham of London, Alicia and Gary Pierson of Cumming, Georgia, Angie and Michael Frizzell of Cabot; and Melody and Art Sabatinelli of Lutz, Florida; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Philip and Sabina Neal of Canyon Lake, Texas and Perry and Debbie Neal of Cave Creek, Arizona; a sister and brother-in-law, Maydelle and W. C. White of Clarksville; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2010, at Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Daniel Green officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery at Russellville under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Pyles, Seth Cottingham, Garth Childress, Chris Hoing, Chris Beckman, and John Beckman.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
