After the death of her first husband, Richard B. Seay, Willie Jane married Leroy Bristoe Edwards in Dec 1910. Before 1920, they separated and Leroy left the area. When Willie Jane died, she was buried beside her first husband.

Howard and Mrs. Phil Abrams, both of Norfolk, and Mrs. Thomas W. Howard of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two sons, Leroy B. Edwards of Chicago, and Ruben B. Seay, of Norfolk; eighteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. Edwards was a native of Appomattox, and had resided in California, Chicago and a number of years in Norfolk, residing at 6046 River Road, Riverpoint.
