PAGELAND -- Mr. Bratsos, Jr., 76, died Thursday, August 16, 2006. Funeral is 2 p.m. Sunday, August 20, 2006 at Pageland First Baptist Church. Interment in Pageland First Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was preceded by parents, George A., Sr. and Ivyree Gabriel Bratsos. Survivors include wife, Doris H. Bratsos, Pageland; sons, George A. Bratsos, III of Pageland and Peter J. (Renee) Bratsos of Chesterfield, SC; daughters, Ivy (Jeff) Howard, Pageland and Ermith (David Funderburk) Bratsos of Pageland, SC; grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Summer, Shan and Tanner.
Mr. Bratsos was a USC graduate, Korean War Veteran and a retired employee of Westinghouse Turbine. He was an active member of the Pageland First Baptist Church, where he was his Sunday School Class President.
