Lillian Mick Allison, 88
East Liverpool -- Lillian Mick Allison, 88, of Homestead Ave., LaCroft, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 2006, at City Hospital. Born Sept. 15, 1918 in Wellsville, a daughter of the late Homer Mick Sr. and Eva Rose Mick, she was a lifetime area resident. A member of LaCroft Church of the Nazarene, she had a lifelong commitment to the church, serving at one time as a board member, an adult and children's Sunday School teacher, a past Missionary president and many other activities within the church. A brother, Lawrence F. Mick of Lisbon, survives. There are many nieces and nephews surviving. She is also survived by her good friend, Betty Watson of East Liverpool. Her husband, Theodore D. Allison, whom she married Sept. 9, 1947, died Dec. 11, 1969. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Harris and Leola McMurray; and seven brothers, Hugh, Homer, Elmer, Wilmer, Lloyd, Leon and Gerald Mick. The Rev. David Peterson of the church is to conduct services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Dawson Funeral Home, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
