Oren W. Haws, 79
Oren W. Haws, 79, of Grangevillle, beloved brother, father, grandfather and friend, died Monday, Oct. 18, 2004 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston. His family was at his side and he has gone on to be with his eternal companion, L.D. Haws.
He was born Oct. 28, 1924, in Goshen, Utah, one of 10 children. He was the father of five children and had 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He served his country in World War II. He loved his family and the outdoors.
His family said they will miss him until they are reunited.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 22, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Grangeville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial will follow at Prairie View Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Blackmer Funeral Home, Grangeville. Services are under the direction of the Blackmer Funeral Home, Grangeville.
