Galen Carpenter Jorgenson, 19,
218 Dubel Court (325 East), Salt Lake City, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 1962, in a fall from a cliff in the Storm Mountain area of Big Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake county.

He was born Aug. 20, 1943, Park City, to Hyrum W. and Pearl Carpenter Jorgenson.
Sophomore, University of Utah. Active member LDS Church.

Survivors: mother, stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Howell J. Davis; sister, Mrs. Earl (Laurel) Cushing; brothers, Stanley, Salt Lake City; Sherell, Brunswick, Ga.; Edsel, Logan; stepbrothers and sisters: Eldo Davis, Sacramento, Calif.; Gene Davis, Palo Alto, Calif.; Fred and Boyd Davis, both Salt Lake City; Mrs. J.R. (Hilda) Curland, June Weaver, Mrs. Ed (Cleo) Rose, Mrs. Jess (Irene) Knight, all Salt Lake City; grandmother, Mrs. Emeline Carpenter, Salt Lake City.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 28, 1962
Graveside services and burial at Marion Cemetery.
