Frederick "Fred" Weisser was born January 30, 1881 on the family farm near Spring Hill, Minnesota. He was the first born of the eleven children of Albert and Elizabeth (Hens) Weisser.

On December 29, 1903, Fred Weisser married Mary Schneider (Stearns Marr Lic: 29845332).

Fred Weisser died June 19, 1970 and is buried in Row 14 of St. Patrick's Cemetery with his wife, Mary Weisser, and four of his sons.
