She was survived by three daughters: G. Lucille Barber, Nancy J. Ford and Donna K. Barber; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Donald Eugene and Frederick Vincent Foor; and two brothers, James Blaine and John Harold Cessna.
Mrs. Foor was a member of the Tatesville United Methodist Church and the Tatesville Methodist Ladies Aid. Funeral services were held at her church with the Rev. Barbara Berg officiating. Burial was made in St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery.
