OBITUARY: Ainsworth - James H. Boileau, 68, died Sunday, May 21, 1972 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a one week illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Jones Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Vincent James officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Boileau was born March 10, 1904 in Buffalo, Iowa to Alvah Vinton and Ethel Elizabeth Smith Boileau. He attended Washington public schools and worked for a Davenport construction company for a number of years before retiring in 1968. He was a member of the Methodist Church and a veteran of World War II. Mr. Boileau married Helen Hawkins Aug. 17, 1968 at Ainsworth. She survives. Surviving are two brothers, Harry of Washington and Donald of Columbus Junction, one sister, Mrs. Florence Wheeler of Silvis, Ill., and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother and one sister.
