Frank Harbison Rothrock was the sixth of eight known children of George Test Rothrock (1841-1923) and Mary Ann Wilson (1848-1937), who married 04 Jul 1868 in Pennsylania. George was first married to Fannie A. (last name unknown) (1842-1867) in c1864 in presumably Pennsylvania and they were the parents of one known child.
Frank married Kathryn Amelia Orr (1883-1959) on 21 Jan 1906 at Emporium, Cameron County, Pennsylvania and they were the parents of three known children, namely:
1. Gene Lenore Rothrock (1907-1918)
2. George Elbert Rothrock (1910-1997)
3. Frank Donald Rothrock (1913-1997)
