Granddaughter Grace May White Pisto 1901 – 1963 was raised as their daughter. She was unaware that she was not their actual daughter until she was an adult.

Richard White of Cambria, died at the home of his son, Ben, on Skull creek, sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning, of heart trouble. The Funeral was held in Cambria this morning and interment was in Cambria cemetery. Further particulars will be given next week.

OBITUARY

Richard White was born in Iowa, June 22, 1848, and died at the home of his son, Benjamin, near Skull creek April 4th, 1915, leaving to mourn his loss a widow, three sons, Ben, Will and Sam, of Cambria, and one daughter who resides in Missouri and who was present at the funeral.

Death was caused by heart disease and the end came in the night while he was peacefully sleeping.

The funeral was held April 8th in Cambria and interment was in Cambria cemetery and was attended by a number as sorrowing friends and relatives.
