A son of Harvey S. and Mary Ann (Shaw) Risbon. He was married to Mildred Marie "Millie" (Hann) Clark on Oct. 30, 1954.
He was survived by his wife; seven step-children; three brothers, William Risbon of Pittsburgh, Jessie Risbon of Hopewell and John Risbon of Broomall; a sister, Mrs. John Price of Bedford; 24 [step-]grandchildren and 12 [step-]great-grandchildren.
Mr. Risbon was was a veteran of World War II, a member of the Post No. 8 American Legion and a member of the Everett Church of the Brethren.
