He died 27 May 1710, per the Rehoboth, Bristol Co., MA., records, in the part that became East Providence. He married Rebecca, daughter of Jonathan and Elizabeth (mnu) Bosworth, who was also baptized in Hingham - in February 1640/41. She died 2 November 1704, per Rehoboth records."
