NOTE: Hebrew marker translation from Find a Grave contribtor Tevye who states: The square brackets in the above translation contain info added for clarification. The "(5)770" is the year of death in Hebrew calendar, while Av is the month and 7 is the day of the month. Note that the actual Hebrew number inscribed for the year is 770. Like most Hebrew year inscriptions on gravestones, the 5000 millennial year is understood and Find a Grave Contributor, Tevye supplied that as the numeral 5 in parenthesis. Finally, the last sentence "May ... life" comes from an acronym for it inscribed at the end of the inscription.
