Ernest Dillon 75, of 22596 Circle Drive, a former Lisbon resident, died unexpectedly at Alliance City Hospital of a apparent heart attack. He was a dragline operator for the Central Allied Enterprises of Canton. He also owned the Dillon Dairy in Lisbon. A resident of the Minerva area for the past 9 yrs. He attented Ohio Valley Business College in Steubenville. He was a member of the Minerva Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include his wife Lora Majorie (Frantz) Dillon, who he married Aug. 19, 1950, three daughters: Mrs. Kenneth (Margaret) Rockhold of Salem and David (Marilyn) Angle of Portsmouth and Marcia L. at home. Five sons: Charles and Donald of Alliance, Joe E. of North Canton, Wade E. of Louisville, Samuel M. of East Canton. Sisters: Mrs. James (Elizabeth) Glenn, Mrs. James (Harriet) Criss of Lisbon, Mrs. Charles (Virginia) Crook and Mrs. Robert (Mary) Shroades of New Waterford. His first wife Alda (Elliott) Dillon died in 1949 He was precded in death by two sons, Ronald and Fred. Two brothers, Robert and John and two grandchildren.
