Mrs. Maggie Burgamy Lovett, 85, of Sparta, died Thursday, February 28, 2002 at her residence following a brief illness. Services were held Sunday, March 2, in the Sparta Baptist Church. Rev. Jerry Bradley and Rev. Charles Mason officiated. Burial was in Pine Hill United Methodist Church near Warthen. Rev. Bill Seaman and Rev. Kenneth Watkins officiated.
Mrs. Lovett was born in Warren County, the daughter of the late James Holly Burgamy and the late Georgia Emma May Burgamy.
Survivors include a son, Fred B. Rachels of Sparta.
