Stan Glish, Former Resident, Dead
Stan Glish, who was born in this city in 1879, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Glish, died at his home in Fox Lake, September 30th. The funeral services were held on the following Monday with interment in St. Mary's cemetery there.
He was married to Catherine Kenney in Fox Lake on Nov. 25, 1919. He went to Fox Lake forty years ago where for many years he was engaged in the retail meat business. He had served the village as a trustee and was it's first president at the time of his death.
His widow, a brother, several nieces and nephews of the city and Eau Claire survive.
