Elizabeth Lee Flynn, 85, of Lake Ridge died Saturday, April 3, 2004, at Westminster at Lake Ridge. She had been a resident of Westminster for the past five years. She was an avid artist. Elizabeth had been a member of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church since 1960. She was very active in the church. Preceded in death by her husband, William E. Flynn Jr., and her brother, Key Buchanan, Elizabeth is survived by her six children, William E. Flynn III, Catherine Couch, Dennis Flynn, Douglas Flynn, Sharon Flynn and Rex Flynn; her brother, Edmund Buchanan; 12 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. A memorial Mass will be offered Wednesday, at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 13752 Mary's Way, Woodbridge, with interment to follow at Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice in Elizabeth's memory.
