Ball-The friends and relatives of Mr. John W. Ball, who died near Decatur, Ga.,
Thursday morning at 6:30 o'clock, are invited to attend his funeral at Ball
cemetery near Roswell, Ga., Friday, August 6, 1920, at 2 p.m. Mr. Ball was 80
years of age and was a Confederate veteran, a member of the Thirty-eight Georgia
regiment. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. H. M. Jones, Doraville, Ga.;
Mrs. J. S. Perkins, Decatur, Ga.; Mrs. L. O. Carter, Decatur, Ga.; and three
sons, J. S. Ball, Monroe, Ga.; W. L. Ball, Monroe, Ga.; J. C. Ball, Atlanta, Ga.
Turner & Everett of Decatur, Ga., will be in charge of the funeral.

John W. Ball, confederate veteran, died Thursday morning at the residence, near
Decatur, Ga. He was 80 years of age. Surviving him are three daughters, Mrs.
H. M. Jones, of Doraville, Ga. and Mrs. J. S. Perkins and Mrs. L. O. Carter, of
Decatur, Ga., and three sons, J. S. Ball, of Monroe, Ga.; J. C. Ball of Atlanta,
and W. L. Ball, of Monroe.
