She grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, but resided most of her adult life in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she and her father owned Ark-La-Tex Casket Company. While in Shreveport, she was an active member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church and long time, faithful member of the Fidelis Bible Class. In 2003, she moved to Jackson, Mississippi, to be close to family. Funeral. . .
