Mary Ellen Geiger, 51, a native of Loxley and a resident of Elberta died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010.
She was an avid sports person and umpired girl's softball.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory and Helen Boyington and brother, Jimmy Boyington.
Survivors include her husband, Alan Geiger of Elberta; daughter, Jessica (John Paul) Cumbie of Silverhill; two sons, Jason (Crystal) Geiger and Josh Geiger, both of Elberta; five sisters, Frances Sherman, Barbara Driver, Janie Black, Cyndy Hadley, all of Loxley and Deborah Buck of Robertsdale; five brothers, Pat Boyington of Summerdale, Charles Boyington of Belforest, Thomas Boyington and Robert Boyington, both of Robertsdale and Paul Boyington of Foley; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Robertsdale with Father William James officiating. Burial will follow at Wynn Cemetery in Summerdale.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Robertsdale.
