Owner of the Sears Catalog home (still somewhat standing in 2017) on Hwy 55 outside of Estancia. It was one of two Sears Catalog homes (supposedly owned by her and her husband). The second home long ago collapsed or was torn down. The homes were brought to Estancia by train and moved to the property by wagon where they were assembled.
