Had three children, Shelley Ann (10/1954), Kimberly Drue (10/1956), Bradley Warren (11/1959). Was a member of United Methodist Church, co-founder of Elkhart chapter of Red Hat Society, Elkhart Class of 54 community group, YWCA Married Womens Club President and member, lover of dogs and knitter of afgans which she donated by the score(s). Died after a four month battle with M.R.S.A. Buried at Rice Cemetary in Elkhart beside her parents.
