Funeral for Benjamin Luther May, 74, 1404 Ave. B, were to be held at 2 p.m. today at Davis-Morris Funeral Home with Rev. Porter Simmons officiating. Burial was to follow in Eastlawn Cemetery. Mr. May died unexpectedly at 11:35 a.m. Saturday at his home. Born in Burleson County in September 1897, he was a retired construction worker and a resident of Brown County most of his life.
Survivors include two sons, Luther May of Obey and Bobby May of Earlington, Ky.; two daughters, Mrs. Margie Davis of Brownwood and Mrs. Willene Harness of Indiana; two sisters, both of Sommerville; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
