Mrs. Henrietta Margaret Asendorf Wiehrs, widow of Col. P. F. Wiehrs, died Monday morning in Kelly Memorial Hospital in Kingstree, after a short illness.
Funeral services were conducted at 5 pm Tuesday at the Wiehrs home in Andrews by the Rev. John M. Flanagen, Jr. Burial was in Andrews Cemetery directed by Burgess Funeral Home of Kingstree.
Mrs. Wiehrs was a native of Savannah, GA and a daughter of Peter A. and Rebecca Wittschen Asendorf. She was a member of St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal Church in Andrews and had made her home in Andrews for 43 years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. R. C. Rogerson of Kingstree and Mrs. William Grant of Tampa, FL; four sons, George Wiehrs of Savannah, Philip F. Wiehrs of Andrews, Pete A Wiehrs of Florence and Paul Wiehrs of Kingstree; a brother, John Asendorf of Miami, FL and two sisters, Mrs. R. H. Bolland and Mrs. Carolyn Heape of Savannah, GA.
