John Newton Boucher, Old and New Westmoreland, vol. 4; New York: The American Historical Society, Inc., 1918, pp. 1251.

Note: This is a lengthy biography of the Hammond family of Ireland and the Ligonier Valley; this article states, in part:
-----
Michael Hammond had three wives, one a Miss Henderson, another a Miss Evans, the third Rebecca Roberts. The first wife died without issue, but by his second marriage he had sons and daughters: William, John, Mary, married William Coulter. Children of the third marriage: James; Andrew, who with his wife died at sea; Michael, of further mention; Jane, married Alexander Gibson; Anne, married William Gibson. Both these marriages occurred in Ireland, but later both families came to Pennsylvania, settling in the Ligonier Valley. In fact, all the children of Michael Hammond came to Westmoreland county, Pennsylvania, the sons settling at Bolivar and engaging in mercantile business, farming and fire-brick manufacture.
-----
Thus, Jane, wife of Alexander Gibson, was a daughter of Michael Hammond and his third wife, Rebecca Roberts.
