I did some research, and I believe this is Winnie White Thomas Anderson. Daughter of John S and Emma J White. First marriage was to Elbert L Thomas when she was 18, but she was widowed before she was 28. So, I think Charles Anderson was husband #2. I've therefore put in Winnie White Thomas Anderson's dates. --Mezzo FAG#47902474
