Mr. Burns, 38, of Box 566, Coalport RD1, died at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1987, at Altoona Hospital as the result of a one-vehicle accident on Dec. 7 at Hegarty's Crossroads, Beccaria Township, Clearfield County. Mr. Burns was employed by Stevens Logging Co., Clearfield. He was born May 27, 1949, in Altoona, the son of Nathan R. and Nellie M. (Hale) Burns, and March 1, 1985, in Madera, married Bona E. Ball, who died Dec. 7, 1987. Surviving are four children: Danny, Danielle, Christine and Billie Jo, at home. Also surviving are his mother of Bellwood, and 11 brothers and sisters: Nathan R. Jr. of Fostoria, Harry B. of Hopewell, Morris of Akron, Ohio, Gertrude Eaken of Juniata, Mary Fuseck of Cleveland, Ohio, Charles of Ramey, Samuel of Utahville, John and Marvin of Bellwood, Sheila Sipes and Craig of Tyrone.
