John was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington Sindle and Ida A Steelman-Sindle; and two brothers, Thomas Earle "Buss" Sindle and George Mortin Sindle.
He was survived by his wife, Clara Porter-Sindle; a son, Jerry Dale Sindle of Woodberry; four daughters: Joyce Sindle-West of Texas, Shirley Sindle-Crumpler of Fordyce, Martha Lane Sindle-Green of Fordyce, and Geraldine Sindle-Miles of Knightdale, North Carolina; fourteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ed Sindle of Tinsman and Lee Sindle of Texas; and four sisters: Nettie Brumley of Hampton, Elsie Turner of Louisiana, Virginia Wilson of Louisiana, and Anna Moran of Texas.
The funeral services will be held in Campground Church near Hampton. The burial services will be held at the Campground Cemetery in Hampton by Benton Funeral Home.
