Mrs. Sarah D Woolley, 67, wife of L.W Woolley, died Sunday morning at her home, 399 Lafayette street, Aurora.
Mr. and Mrs. Woolley celebrated their gold wedding anniversary Jan. 14 last. They were married at Hinckley in 1875 and resided on a farm 1-1/2 miles east f Oswego until seven years ago when they moved to Aurora. Mrs. Woolley was 67 years of age on the day of her wedding anniversary.
The deceased was born Jan. 14, 1858 near Geneva and had resided near Hinckley, Oswego, and Aurora all her life.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis; two sons Wilbur and Wilton, both of Oswego; and five daughters, Mrs. Anna Creasey of Los Angeles, Mr. Elizabeth Forrester of Chicago, Mrs. Beatrice Price of Montgomery, Mrs. Ora Holland of Minneapolis, and Mrs. Vivian Habernicht of St. Louis. Fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive. One son, Lewis, preceded her in death seven years ago.
Funeral services will be held at the home. Burial will be in Oswego Cemetery.
